Working that closely with operators and institutions produces a particular kind of knowledge. You stop seeing organisations as they present themselves and start seeing the systems they actually run on. And across three markets and five practice areas, the same gap kept appearing.
The analysis would be right. The strategy would be sound. Then implementation would meet a technology layer that could not support it, because the available platforms had been built for a single market and stretched to cover the rest.
At some point, recommending a solution that does not exist stops being advice.
Impetas Technologies is the answer to that. Not a change of direction, but the natural extension of a practice that had accumulated enough understanding of these problems to build for them directly.
